Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing digital marketing strategies for brand awareness.
• Managing and optimizing social media accounts and ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Engaging with audiences through comments, messages, posts and phone calls.
• Analyzing social media performance and optimizing strategies for improved results.
• Creating and managing targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Designing graphics, posters and banners for digital marketing purposes.
• Creating simple product slideshow videos, if needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Honors.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Creative thinking with excellent analytical skills.
• Basic video editing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to corporate clients to drive corporate sales and promote company products and services.
• Prepare and maintain customer data, fostering strong relationships with all customers.
• Perform daily follow-ups with customers to address their requirements and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Strive to achieve monthly sales targets and consistently monitor progress against set targets.
• Identify and cultivate new corporate customer sectors, encompassing Pharmaceuticals, Real Estates, Garments, Corporate Businesses, Houses, Industries, Chemicals, Automobiles, NGOs, and Government Organizations.
• Generate requisite reports, documents, and policies in line with office requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our Corporate Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets for both individual and team performance.
• Visit corporate customers and categorize them accordingly.
• Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to top management.
• Manage the corporate sales team in accordance with the Managing Director’s instructions.
• Create a database for corporate customers to facilitate timely and sincere communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate customers, providing assistance in line with company policy.
• Conduct corporate market research and development, submitting reports to top management with recommendations as needed.
• Monitor corporate market trends and regularly inform management.
• Identify and engage new sector-wise corporate customers, including Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, Garments, Corporate Businesses, Industries, Chemicals, Automobiles, NGOs and Government Organizations.
• Discuss expansion and market development strategies with the Managing Director, proposing innovative ideas and plans for the company’s progress and prosperity.
• Perform any other responsibilities or duties assigned by management.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly accounts related report preparation and checking.
• Prepare and record regular receipts and payments vouchers.
• Prepare TAX & VAT related documents.
• Other accounts related day to day job.
• Special task as per management requirement.
